is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that integrates sales, reservations, and payments for the hospitality industry.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from qualified leads to customer activation.
- Conduct structured discovery calls and deliver tailored product demos to articulate ROI.
- Execute commercial negotiations using approved pricing frameworks.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide feedback to the BDR team on lead quality.
- Manage the post-sale transition to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Ops to share market observations and feature requests.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS.
- Must be fluent in both English and German.
- Location: Must be based in Berlin.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
