Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Repair production equipment and perform preventive maintenance, daily inspections, and scheduled maintenance plans.
• Support the installation, commissioning, setup, and acceptance of new machines and production lines.
• Design and validate jigs and fixtures, and maintain equipment documentation for ISO 9000 and EHS compliance.
• Analyze equipment data, troubleshoot failures, and help production resolve product and process issues.
• Lead or support RBS Kaizen and poka-yoke activities, while controlling downtime and TPM performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical automation, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• More than three years of experience in equipment maintenance, including at least three years of testing engineering experience.
• Practical PLC operation experience and familiarity with PLC programming.
• Experience using hydraulic and pneumatic systems, with strong hands-on machine debugging and repair skills.
• English at CET 4 level or above, with proficient spoken and written communication skills.
• Good communication, learning, troubleshooting, and data-analysis abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in product localization projects.
• Experience with CAD and SolidWorks.
