TL;DR
Maintenance Leader (Manufacturing): Ensuring reliable operation of company premises, production equipment, and maintenance systems with an accent on preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment availability, safety, and continuous improvement. Focus on reducing unplanned downtime, implementing TPM and RCA, managing maintenance budgets and asset lifecycles, and leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
Location: On-site in Szigetszentmiklós, Hungary; occasional work from home is possible by agreement with the leader.
Salary: Gross 1,100,000–1,250,000 HUF per month

Group operates a manufacturing environment producing products at PC HUA.
What you will do
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facilities and production equipment.
- Monitor OEE, MTBF, and MTTR performance indicators and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze equipment failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Reduce unplanned downtime through systematic maintenance planning, execution, TPM, and autonomous maintenance.
- Manage maintenance budgets, costs, asset registers, records, lifecycle planning, and replacement planning.
- Lead the maintenance team, workshop, facilities, contractors, and safety compliance activities.
Requirements
- University or college degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least two years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, machinery safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Native Hungarian and intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CMMS systems and SAP.
- Hands-on experience or willingness to work with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Practical experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance.
