What you will do

• Perform daily operational monitoring of equipment, utilities, and supporting systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to established schedules and SOPs.
• Handle technical troubleshooting of machines to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Document equipment conditions and report daily maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and SOPs.
• Knowledge of HSE principles in industrial maintenance.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.
• Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical facilities is preferred.
