What you will do
- Define and maintain North Star metrics and KPI hierarchies across the entire business.
- Establish standardized measurement frameworks for key initiatives including growth, retention, and product channels.
- Enforce enterprise metric governance, ensuring consistent ownership, definitions, and change management.
- Design decision-oriented measurement outputs and diagnostic frameworks for effective root-cause analysis.
- Partner with Data Engineering to embed measurement frameworks into core data models and platform architecture.
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation to shift the organization away from dashboard-centric reporting toward dynamic insight delivery.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, or data strategy with a progression into senior leadership.
- Background in eCommerce is required; D2C, subscription, or multi-channel experience is preferred.
- 6+ years of people management experience, including hiring and coaching.
- Expertise with modern BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and analytics platforms (CDPs, attribution).
- Proven ability to establish governance and drive alignment across cross-functional senior stakeholders in high-growth environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Expertise in marketing measurement, specifically attribution, incrementality, and CAC/LTV.
- Experience supporting AOP, OKRs, and long-range planning.
