What you will do

• Define product vision and roadmaps for GenAI/LLM solutions, RAG, and Agentic AI systems.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial concept (0→1) to scale, aligned with business KPIs.
• Lead large-scale data migrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, overseeing pipelines and governance.
• Drive Agile execution, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and incremental feature releases.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives, ML engineers, and data scientists to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Establish success metrics and analytics frameworks to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management (0→1 and scaling).
• 3–5+ years of experience working with AI/ML, GenAI, or data platforms.
• Advanced English and German language skills.
• Technical expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI.
• Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment.

Nice to have

• Software development background or experience in technical consulting.
• Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
• Professional certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Practitioner.
