What you will do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and take accountability for retention, adoption, and expansion.
- Build structured account plans including stakeholder maps, health assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead strategic customer conversations, such as QBRs and executive business reviews, grounded in data and outcomes.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities across users, use cases, and deployment scope.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate customer needs into internal action.
- Systematically build AI agents and automated workflows to optimize and manage your own book of business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles such as Account Management or Customer Success.
- Proven experience driving adoption of technical products within complex organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate renewal and expansion conversations at all levels, including C-level.
- Hands-on experience creating AI agents and automating workflows.
- Fluent in German (C1+) and English.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin.
Nice to have
- Experience working at an AI-native company or in technical consulting (e.g., QuantumBlack).
- Founder or early-employee experience in an early-stage startup.
