What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and support software bridging the gap between content creation and high-scale delivery.
• Build sophisticated tooling and pipelines for authoring and delivering documentation across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding and emerging tools to improve engineering efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to translate business needs into scalable deployment patterns.
• Ensure a world-class developer experience and focus on platform usability.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of recent software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in a variety of programming languages (polyglot approach).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, complex architectures, and industry best practices.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining software products for a broad user base.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across a remote, global team.
• Comfort with AI-assisted coding and integrating these tools into the development lifecycle.
