What you will do

• Solve scaling bottlenecks in critical services to ensure system stability.
• Design and implement architecture to handle high traffic and massive scale.
• Deploy new features to production using progressive rollouts and feature flags.
• Investigate and resolve production issues within owned services.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute high-priority projects.

Requirements

• Significant experience in one or more programming languages.
• Proven ability to design architecture for problems at high scale.
• BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong commitment to code simplicity and performance.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows.
