TL;DR

Sales Development Agent (Medtech): Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the pharmacy sector to expand the company's presence in the European market with an accent on lead generation and professional relationship-building. Focus on conducting market research, managing initial outreach in German, and optimizing lead generation strategies.

Location: Remote (South Africa, Namibia, or Romania). Must be able to work aligned to CET business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM CET).

What you will do

  • Identify and engage potential pharmacy partners to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Manage initial pre-sales communication in German to articulate the value proposition of medical and wellness brands.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and develop new partnership opportunities within the pharmaceutical landscape.
  • Establish and track KPIs for lead generation success to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Maintain and update lead databases to ensure accurate tracking for the sales and partnership teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate lead generation activity into the wider marketing and growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Native or professional-level fluency in German.
  • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, or business development.
  • Availability to work CET business hours (9 AM – 6 PM CET).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in outward-facing professional roles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate lead quality and market impact.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience or familiarity with the pharmacy industry.
