Salary: $1,200 - $1,500 USD + commission

What you will do

• Promptly engage warm leads originating from social media and other digital pipelines.
• Guide potential patients through the full intake process, including secure collection of personal and payment details.
• Manage clinic consultants' calendars to book and confirm free initial consultations.
• Educate leads on services through friendly, low-pressure discussions to prepare them for appointments.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads and move them efficiently through the booking funnel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a telemarketer, intake coordinator, or in a similar calling role.
• US-based work experience is required.
• Excellent English communication skills with a professional and welcoming phone presence.
• Proven track record of managing warm leads and driving conversions in a professional setting.
• Proficiency with CRM and Project Management systems.

Nice to have

• Background in Medical, Healthcare, or Aesthetic Medicine.
• Experience with niche-specific medical software such as Zenoti.
