What you will do
- Lead and scale a high-performing BD team across regions and segments, setting a data-driven, technical culture.
- Own 100% AI-driven inbound funnel with ICP scoring, disqualification, routing, and BDR oversight.
- Run signal-based outbound with live intent signals, TAM tiering, and personalized multi-channel ABM plays.
- Manage pipeline metrics like qualified meetings, conversion rates, and reply rates through continuous experimentation.
- Implement and optimize BD tech stack including HubSpot, AI agents, and conversation intelligence.
- Partner with AEs on handoffs and co-design qualification processes.
Requirements
- Hybrid work in Munich, Germany
- 5–8 years in BD/SDR leadership at fast-growing B2B SaaS, building high-output pipeline engines.
- Fluency with modern BD stack: HubSpot, sequencing, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Gong, ABM.
- Strong views on ICP, signals, tiering, ABM alignment, and handoff design.
- Experience running AI agents in BD (research, messaging, signals).
- Proven people leadership, data-first, experiment-driven mindset; English fluent, German or Spanish a plus.
