What you will do

• Create and maintain high-quality user assistance (UA) deliverables including terminology, UI text, user guides, multimedia content, and API documentation.
• Drive innovative projects to improve UA deliverables, internal processes, and content quality.
• Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to ensure accurate and concise content.
• Build deep product expertise and stay current with the latest trends in user assistance.
• Analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously iterate and improve content.
• Act as the primary advocate for user experience (UX) when interacting with product and development teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience producing user assistance deliverables for software products.
• University degree in technical writing, technical documentation, translation, or a related field.
• English: C1+ level required.
• Location: Must be based in Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Uzbekistan, Georgia, or Poland.
• Strong independent working skills and ability to collaborate in a diverse global team.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with DITA-based content management systems.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts and practices.
