What you will do

• Create and maintain technical guides, manuals, policies, templates, and training materials.
• Manage documentation for company-wide initiatives, including ISMS, QMS, and compliance-related projects.
• Own the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Document Management System (DMS).
• Prepare and update documentation required for audits, certifications, and internal reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to align documentation requirements.
• Ensure document version control, approval workflows, and compliance with internal standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist.
• Experience working with technical, compliance, or process documentation.
• English: C1+ or higher required.
• Proficiency with document management systems and structured documentation workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and handle diverse feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience creating ISO documentation.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Professional background in IT or life sciences.
