Senior/Middle Technical Writer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive internal and external technical documentation in English.
• Document SDK and API information using Swagger and other specialized tools.
• Organize documentation within the company wiki for efficient information retrieval.
• Create diagrams and schematics to illustrate complex technical processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is precise, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
• Review and edit documentation produced by other team members and prepare materials for audits.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience as a Technical Writer.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and documentation publishing tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Possession of a portfolio showcasing documentation work.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools and prompt-engineering techniques.
