What you will do

• Write, edit, and maintain high-quality API documentation, including reference guides, integration manuals, and developer guides.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to document API functions, endpoints, authentication, and error handling.
• Structure and manage content using Confluence, Component Content Management Systems (CCMS), and DITA XML.
• Develop and review technical examples in PostgreSQL, Terraform, and Microsoft Azure to support developer documentation.
• Establish documentation standards, style guides, and templates to ensure consistency.
• Optimize content delivery, structure, and discoverability using CMS tools.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of software development and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in documenting Azure (specifically GovCloud/IL4), cloud architecture, and Terraform.
• Experience documenting CI/CD pipelines and PostgreSQL operations (provisioning and disaster recovery).
• Ability to create clear procedural how-to guides using Powershell and Bash.
• Proficiency with Confluence and GitHub as primary documentation platforms.
• Must be based in Canada.
