Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do

• Create, edit, and maintain product documentation, including knowledge base articles, release notes, UX copy, and in-app content.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate technical specifications into clear end-user documentation.
• Manage the full documentation lifecycle from planning through to publishing, ensuring sync with product releases.
• Develop and maintain a style guide and documentation standards for consistency in voice and tone.
• Create visual aids such as diagrams and screenshots to supplement written content.
• Analyze documentation metrics to identify gaps and prioritize content improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Auckland, New Zealand
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content writing for SaaS.
• English: Exceptional written skills and high attention to detail required
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, product requirements, and wireframes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support teams.
• Portfolio or writing samples of published technical documentation.
