Technical Writer (Remote EU)
A global life sciences and technology company is looking for a Technical Writer to support documentation for digital products and internal systems.

The company develops software solutions for laboratories and scientific research, including LIMS, ELN, and data management platforms used in pharma, biotech, and healthcare.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain user documentation: manuals, FAQs, how-to guides, release notes
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and SMEs
Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content
Structure documentation for better usability and navigation
Maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation systems
Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in technical writing or similar roles
English level C1+
Strong ability to explain complex topics clearly
High attention to detail and structured thinking
Basic understanding of software development concepts
Experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Google Docs

Nice to Have
Experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare
Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP, HIPAA)
Experience with SaaS or enterprise products
Knowledge of UX writing / content design
Agile experience

Remote within EU / UK
Full-time (100%)
