What you will do

• Maintain software documentation and update content based on customer and support team feedback.
• Manage database lab environments to test and verify the accuracy of documentation.
• Utilize AI tools for content authoring, requirements processing, and quality assurance.
• Prepare and publish documentation in HTML and PDF formats.

Requirements

• English: Excellent written and good spoken proficiency required.
• Experience as a technical writer within a software or technology company.
• Strong grasp of IT terminology and basic IT technologies.
• Experience documenting PowerShell, REST APIs, or databases (SQL queries and common DB commands).
• Proficiency with command-line tools, Microsoft Windows, and version control systems (Git).
• Must be based in the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Power user experience with Linux and other non-Windows operating systems.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, and Markdown.
• Knowledge of virtualization and data backup domains.
