What you will do

• Develop and execute advanced strategies to attract top-tier executive talent.
• Partner with senior leadership to define roles and provide market-driven hiring insights.
• Build a high-caliber network using direct search, industry partnerships, and social media.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate professional skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the full offer process, from term negotiations to onboarding.
• Promote company culture and values within elite industry networks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-level executive recruitment (Agency or In-house).
• Proven success in closing senior positions across multiple functions.
• Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment with 5+ open C-level roles.
• Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS.
• Native-level English.
• Must be based in Valencia, Spain.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or French.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.
