Technical Program Manager (Engineering & AI Systems)

What you will do

• Validate PRDs, identify gaps, and translate into structured tasks in ClickUp with estimates, dependencies, and subtasks.
• Own end-to-end engineering timelines, run sprint planning and standups, monitor health, and enforce time estimation.
• Track and resolve technical dependencies, APIs, integrations, and resource needs proactively.
• Maintain ClickUp hygiene, capture action items, manage carryover, and propose workflow improvements.
• Coordinate between engineering and delivery teams for progress updates, handoffs, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• English level: B2+ – C1.
• Must be located in Colombia.
• 5+ years in technical program/project management or engineering operations in software, SaaS, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience shipping software end-to-end including UI, backend, integrations, and testing.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, testing, deployment).
• Advanced proficiency with ClickUp or similar for task structures, automations, and capacity planning.
• Technical literacy in APIs, integrations, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
• Exceptional organizational and proactive problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
