What you will do
- Relaunch the Performance Management System with agile cycles like 360° reviews, OKRs, or continuous check-ins, targeting 95% adoption and linking performance to compensation.
- Establish a Multi-Level L&D Learning Map via the Competency Framework for all levels from IC to VP.
- Scale high-frequency feedback culture through Radical Candor training and difficult conversations programs.
- Optimize Organizational Design by auditing structures, identifying silos, and improving span of control and decision speed.
- Standardize Underperformance Management with data-driven Performance Development Plans for fair resolutions.
- Launch New Manager Leadership Bootcamp ensuring 100% completion for promoted or hired leaders to reduce turnover.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Talent Management, OD, or HRBP in high-growth fintechs or top consulting firms.
- Proven scaling organizational structures from 100 to 500+ employees and diagnosing gaps for speed-to-market.
- Success in agile performance transformations, OKR alignment, and meritocratic incentive systems.
- Expertise in talent platforms like Lattice or Culture Amp, Agile/Scrum/Kanban for HR initiatives, and people analytics.
- Experience in crisis management, cultural remediation, Radical Candor, and high-stakes people issues.
- Owner mindset for building from zero, strategic influence, change management, and data-driven narratives for C-level.
