What you will do
- Redefine visual standards and creative execution for major retail and financial product launches to uplift brand sentiment.
- Build and deploy a modular campaign design system for digital, OOH, and retail channels to scale production.
- Architect and integrate AI-assisted workflows to reduce creative production bottlenecks.
- Implement robust creative governance to ensure brand consistency and zero visual regressions across all assets.
- Mentor the design squad on advanced craft and AI fluency to meet elevated quality benchmarks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading creative design teams in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups.
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across OOH, digital, retail, social, and brand identity.
- Proven experience integrating AI tools into professional production workflows with real brand constraints.
- Experience building and operationalizing scalable design systems for campaign or brand use.
- Ability to translate complex, regulation-adjacent financial communications into clear and compelling visuals.
- Strong collaborative style with the ability to work fluidly across brand strategy, copy, and product teams.
