Salary: $228,000 – $305,000 total compensation

What you will do

• Set the creative standard for executive storytelling and sales enablement.
• Champion AI as a force multiplier for production to scale output without sacrificing quality.
• Lead end-to-end creative strategy and visual narratives across all priority channels.
• Build scalable production workflows and creative systems leveraging automation.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across design, copy, and motion to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Mentor and coach a high-talent creative team, fostering a high-trust, high-standard environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in progressive creative leadership roles with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to build operational creative systems (intake, briefs, production, delivery).
• Demonstrated people leadership experience in coaching and developing junior talent.
• Strong obsession with quality and a track record of executing at the highest levels.
• Ability to navigate shifting priorities and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Must be based in New York, NY for onsite work.
