Salary: $255,000 - $300,000 USD (Base pay for Zone 1)

What you will do

• Set and evolve the creative vision, brand voice, and creative strategy for Robinhood's next growth phase.
• Lead and develop a high-performing creative organization including creative directors, art directors, designers, and writers.
• Partner with the executive team to translate founder vision into cohesive brand and marketing experiences.
• Define and evangelize the brand story across all channels, formats, and customer touchpoints.
• Build scalable creative infrastructure and incorporate AI strategies to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, Research, and PR to align creative work with company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in the creative field, with significant experience as a Creative Director or Group Creative Director.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to execute cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and bring teams along with clarity and conviction.
• Exceptional craft and instincts across creative, copy, and visual design.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of illustrators, designers, motion designers, and copywriters.
• Requirement: Work in-person 5 days per week in New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA.
