TL;DR
Senior Director of Creative (Fintech): Leading the creative vision across brand and marketing to democratize finance for all with an accent on strategic brand storytelling and multidisciplinary team leadership. Focus on evolving the creative vision, scaling creative systems through AI, and ensuring high-impact execution across all customer touchpoints.
Location: Must be based in New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA (in-person attendance expected 5 days per week)
Salary: $255,000 - $300,000 USD (Base pay for Zone 1)

What you will do
- Set and evolve the creative vision, brand voice, and creative strategy for Robinhood's next growth phase.
- Lead and develop a high-performing creative organization including creative directors, art directors, designers, and writers.
- Partner with the executive team to translate founder vision into cohesive brand and marketing experiences.
- Define and evangelize the brand story across all channels, formats, and customer touchpoints.
- Build scalable creative infrastructure and incorporate AI strategies to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, Research, and PR to align creative work with company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in the creative field, with significant experience as a Creative Director or Group Creative Director.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to execute cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and bring teams along with clarity and conviction.
- Exceptional craft and instincts across creative, copy, and visual design.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of illustrators, designers, motion designers, and copywriters.
- Requirement: Work in-person 5 days per week in New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA.
