What you will do

  • Own the brand's visual identity across all channels, including layout, typography, motion, and campaign visuals.
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into clear creative directions and scalable visual systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and review the work of designers and other creative contributors to ensure high craft and execution.
  • Design and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scale.
  • Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams on key strategic initiatives.
  • Iterate and improve creative output using performance data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual systems, campaigns, and multi-channel work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
  • Experience guiding designers and improving output through actionable feedback.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Malaysia.

  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
