What you will do

  • Develop high-quality assets across all platforms, including digital ads, social media, landing pages, decks, brochures, and whitepapers to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with content creators, executives, and stakeholders to implement design concepts aligned with brand objectives.
  • Ensure all designs across digital and print channels strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Present concept visualizations through sketches, drawings, and illustrations.
  • Organize brand assets using standard file naming and folder structures.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver urgent projects under pressure.

Requirements

  • Portfolio showcasing projects with a solid foundation in typography, visual design, and ideation.
  • 3+ years of work experience as a Graphic or Brand Designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong foundational skills in graphic design and typography with a keen eye for detail.
  • Must be based in Ontario, Canada (EST time zone).
  • Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with motion design or animation.
  • Basic knowledge of HubSpot, Jira, and other digital management software.
