What you will do

• Translate complex financial data into clear and compelling charts and graphics for sales and investment teams.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop social media visuals and other graphic elements.
• Create immersive storytelling experiences for the company blog using video, motion graphics, and interactive data visualizations.
• Synthesize complex research findings into clear, engaging visuals for websites, slides, and other communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of design experience in media, agency, or in-house roles with a focus on data visualization.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in using AI and prompting best practices for image generation (Adobe Firefly).
• Ability to storyboard for animation and prepare files for both print and digital use.
• Must be based in or able to work in Austin, Texas (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Background in the financial services industry or other intangibles.
• Knowledge of front-end development and content management systems (CMS).
