What you will do

• Scale creative output across paid social and performance marketing channels.
• Produce variations to support creative testing and performance optimization.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand stewardship across all marketing materials.
• Own creative QA for assets, including regulatory text and formatting.
• Build and maintain templates, design systems, and asset libraries.
• Collaborate with growth and product design teams to iterate on concepts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a creative or brand designer for consumer brands or agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typographic, layout, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proven experience designing for performance marketing and paid social.
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in your design workflow.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency at scale and work effectively from briefs.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office Tuesday-Thursday.

Nice to have

• Motion and video skills (After Effects, Figma motion).
• Experience contributing to a rebrand or new brand launch.
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks.
