What you will do
- Accelerate activation velocity by identifying and removing friction in the 0-to-1 onboarding funnel to increase first-transaction conversions.
- Design and deploy multi-channel automated journeys (SMS, Push, WhatsApp, Email) to drive prospects from approved to active status.
- Institutionalize experimentation framework with weekly A/B tests to improve funnel efficiency.
- Produce monthly behavioral insights and friction reports using SQL for actionable enhancements.
- Optimize MarTech stack (Braze, Segment, Claude) for event-based activation flows.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention in high-growth digital companies (Fintech, E-commerce).
- Expertise in Braze (or similar) for end-to-end automated journeys and multi-channel orchestration (Push, WhatsApp, In-App, Email).
- Strong SQL proficiency for funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and data storytelling.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, audience segmentation, and AI integration for personalization.
- Consumer-centric mindset with ownership for 0-to-1 implementation and KPI delivery.
