What you will do

• Design and execute multi-channel demand-generation programs across SEM, paid social, and email.
• Build data-driven marketing automation and CRM lifecycle journeys to drive merchant activation and retention.
• Own the self-serve marketing funnel, including merchant portal features and incentive programs.
• Develop organic content, case studies, and PR initiatives to build trust in advertising products.
• Equip sales and account management teams with effective pitch narratives and marketing materials.
• Define funnel KPIs, manage marketing budgets, and translate performance data into strategic investment decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Growth, Lifecycle, SMB, or B2B marketing with a track record of scaling revenue.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Braze or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, and conversion funnel metrics.
• Ability to partner with product and data teams to develop customer-facing features.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex ad products into simple value propositions.
• Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia or willing to work from the office.

Nice to have

• Experience in AdTech, retail media, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms.
• Exposure to multi-market campaigns across Europe or CEE.
• Experience with Looker.
