What you will do

• Implement and optimize solutions across HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Lead HubSpot onboarding, CRM configuration, automation workflows, and reporting implementation.
• Manage and coordinate web design and development projects from kickoff through launch.
• Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, providing strategic guidance and relationship management.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure seamless integration of websites with HubSpot, including forms, tracking, and lead routing.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Proven experience managing web design and/or web development projects.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM best practices, and digital funnel strategy.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Must be based in Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, or Venezuela)
