Global Web Project Manager (Growth): Scaling and optimizing a B2B web ecosystem of 30+ websites to drive marketing database growth and lead generation with an accent on CRO, A/B testing, and conversion funnel optimization. Focus on delivering lead generation KPIs (MAL/MQL), translating GA4/GSC data into actionable roadmaps, and leading cross-functional web projects end-to-end.
Location: Remote. Must have the legal right to work in your country of residence. Hubs available in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome, and Bologna.

What you will do
- Own and deliver web KPIs, specifically focusing on MAL and MQL form submissions.
- Plan and execute CRO initiatives, A/B tests, and landing page optimizations to improve conversion funnels.
- Analyze performance data using GA4 and GSC to build a strategic optimization roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of web projects from ideation and prioritization to launch.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Web Developers, Designers, and Web Analysts.
- Manage web QA processes to ensure high-quality, fast, and bug-free releases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web management, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong professional understanding of CRO and lead generation strategies.
- Experience with website analytics tools such as GA4, VWO, and Hotjar.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, with a preference for HubSpot.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Legal right to work in your country of residence; no visa sponsorship provided.
