What you will do

  • Lead the execution of integration OKRs in Brazil and manage the end-to-end partner technology journey.
  • Act as the primary contact and negotiator with C-level executives of major fitness management systems (CMS).
  • Lead the partnership process for new CMS providers, from negotiation and API Agreements to technical onboarding.
  • Structure and lead strategic projects to integrate financial and reconciliation data between the Partner Portal and CMS providers.
  • Monitor integration performance using BI tools like Looker to identify and solve adoption funnel bottlenecks.
  • Develop joint marketing initiatives with CMS partners and collaborate cross-functionally with Global Ops, Product, and Legal teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid).
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Mandatory experience in strategic partnership management with CMS/SaaS providers.
  • Mandatory experience in technical project leadership involving API integrations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation (experience with Looker is a plus).
  • Strong ability to influence C-level decision-makers and manage complex B2B technical journeys.
