What you will do

• Proactively manage client campaign timelines and coordinate tasks to ensure superior results within deadlines.
• Manage daily workflows using ClickUp to assign tasks to team members and handle scheduling.
• Ensure all team members are aligned on project requirements, scopes, objectives, and action plans.
• Communicate status updates and professional progress reports to keep clients informed and satisfied.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively to maintain momentum and quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Fluent English proficiency (speaking and writing).
• Must be located in Argentina.
• Proficiency with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Trello).
• Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, and other digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work 20-30 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Experience planning and executing SEO, social media, content, and local search marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage 10-12 projects simultaneously.
