What you will do

  • Lead integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned, and earned channels for e-Commerce clients to drive business outcomes.
  • Own senior client relationships, translating complex multi-touch attribution data into actionable business decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, paid media, and creative, around a unified account strategy.
  • Manage and develop 1–2 direct reports through regular 1:1s, development plans, and performance reviews.
  • Employ AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes.
  • Drive account retention and expansion, focusing on growing MRR and maintaining high client NPS.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience for high-AOV consumer goods, either on the agency or brand side.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Fluency in upper-funnel channel strategy, including content, SEO, YouTube, and programmatic advertising.
  • Comfortable with measurement complexity, such as multi-touch attribution limitations and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing high-value accounts with long sales cycles.
  • Experience structuring reporting around leading indicators rather than just last-touch conversions.
