TL;DR

Director, Growth Strategy (DTC): Developing and orchestrating integrated growth strategies for high-growth consumer brands with an accent on omni-channel paid media and DTC P&L optimization. Location: Hybrid; must be based in New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, or Texas

A next-generation growth marketing firm utilizing a proprietary AI commerce layer to scale e-commerce and DTC brands.

What you will do

  • Develop integrated growth strategies across multiple channels including Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop, and Retail.
  • Manage a portfolio of brands, overseeing full-funnel advertising and scaling ad accounts exceeding $1M per month.
  • Create financial projections, P&L statements, and customer cohort analyses to drive marketing decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of designers, paid acquisition specialists, and data analysts.
  • Directly manage client relationships, conducting weekly touch-bases and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of paid media experience, with at least 7 years specifically in DTC or E-Commerce.
  • Mastery of DTC P&L management, including contribution margins and new customer revenue.
  • Proven ability to construct e-commerce funnels and develop creative strategies based on UVPs.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and experience defending strategies to CEOs, CFOs, and Private Equity firms.
  • Deep knowledge of the acquisition landscape, including MTA, MMM, and in-platform attribution.
  • Must be based in the US (NY, FL, PA, TX) for hybrid work.
