What you will do

• Own and scale DTC revenue across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email.
• Define and execute ecommerce growth strategy aligned with product launches and promotions.
• Manage Shopify performance end-to-end, including CRO, site optimization, and QA.
• Lead TikTok Shop and Meta Shops strategy, including catalog management and integrations.
• Develop email strategy and manage the transition from Mailchimp to Klaviyo.
• Analyze KPIs via GA4 and report performance on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of ecommerce experience, ideally within DTC or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling ecommerce revenue.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and ecommerce analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of CRO and merchandising-led growth.
• Excellent English communication skills (Spanish required).
• Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, Chile, or Mexico.
