Salary: €80,000 — €115,000 EUR

What you will do

  • Coach Sales Development Representatives to achieve outbound pipeline generation goals
  • Develop team members' sales skills and prepare them for promotions
  • Deliver process and content improvements to boost SDR effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing on pipeline quality and campaigns
  • Report on individual and team metrics to identify improvements
  • Hire and onboard new Sales Development Representatives

Requirements

  • Experience leading Sales Development Representatives at a fast-growing tech company
  • Track record driving pipeline through inbound and outbound channels
  • Strong sales acumen with closing role experience preferred
  • Familiarity with tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LeadIQ
  • Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top talent
  • Ability to influence sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
