Salary: $65,000 - $72,500 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 150–300 customers with clear accountability for retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes.
  • Proactively engage customers through calls, meetings, and scaled campaigns to drive value and momentum.
  • Monitor health signals and usage data to prioritize high-impact actions and identify risks early.
  • Lead renewal strategy and execution to reduce risk and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and Salesloft for operational rigor and process adherence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing a large or high-volume portfolio of accounts.
  • Proven success in owning renewals, retention, or expansion targets.
  • Ability to conduct frequent proactive calls and maintain numerous customer conversations weekly.
  • Strong prioritization skills and a data-driven approach to measuring success.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Gong, Salesloft, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Background in the education sector.
