What you will do

• Own the email channel end-to-end, including operations, performance, deliverability, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Execute campaign builds and maintain database health and connected workflows across various channels.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and HubSpot Breeze to streamline execution and personalize interactions at scale.
• Build and launch AI agents and AI-powered nurture sequences to improve engagement across different funnel stages.
• Manage the campaign process from intake and QA to launch and attribution reporting.
• Develop a testing roadmap and build HubSpot dashboards to share performance findings with the team.

Requirements

• Must be based anywhere in the US.
• Proven track record of building systems and creating impact in marketing operations at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and HubSpot Breeze.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, Clay, and Asana.
• Ability to travel up to 15 days per year for company and team meetings.
