Salary: $120,000 to $130,000+ depending on experience

What you will do

• Own and manage a data engineering product domain, delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to prioritize and deliver scalable data solutions.
• Leverage data insights, experimentation, and user feedback to guide decisions and define success metrics.
• Drive end-to-end product execution, from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders; improve product processes including AI workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Manager in technical environments, ideally data platforms, data engineering, or cloud systems
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, data architecture, and iterative methodologies
• Experience defining product problems and delivering outcome-based solutions
• Ability to work with ambiguity, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with metrics frameworks like OKRs and defining success criteria
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and their application in product development
• Strong systems thinking connecting technical architecture with business impact
