Location: Hybrid (Must be based in New York City, NY or Princeton, NJ; 2 days/week in NYC office)

Salary: $82,700 - $141,650 USD + Bonus

What you will do

• Translate business needs into AI-driven insights and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence and Engineering to prototype and validate GenAI/ML solutions (LLMs, RAG, NLP).
• Lead the validation, review, and tuning of outputs for the LegalVIEW BillAnalyzer (LBA) AI solution.
• Partner with Sales and SMEs to support pre-sales demos and translate AI functionality into clear customer narratives.
• Define and track success metrics to improve agentic workflows and decision quality.
• Support compliance, transparency, and responsible AI usage in customer-facing documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data/analytics, or product management.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML products, analytics, or product-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of applied AI/GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, NLP, ML).
• Ability to work hybrid from the New York City office (2 days/week).
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar data tools.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing and cross-functional settings.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in legal billing, invoice review, or compliance domains.
• Previous exposure to enterprise AI/GenAI solutions.
