What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing Player Development and VIP hosting team with coaching, feedback, and performance management
• Drive VIP sales and engagement metrics to contribute to revenue growth, customer retention, and market share
• Oversee customer relationship strategies and ensure exceptional service for VIP players
• Collaborate with analytics to monitor promotions, reinvestment, and rewards using data insights
• Design and execute sales training programs and manage escalations cross-functionally
• Contribute to process improvements, compliance, and strategies for team performance and revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing; 3+ years managing sales or customer-facing teams
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivation skills for high-performing teams
• Solid understanding of customer engagement, VIP management, or sales-driven service models
• Data-driven mindset to translate insights into strategies; strong communication and problem-solving
• Experience in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments
