What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing Player Development and VIP hosting team with coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Drive VIP sales and engagement metrics to contribute to revenue growth, customer retention, and market share
- Oversee customer relationship strategies and ensure exceptional service for VIP players
- Collaborate with analytics to monitor promotions, reinvestment, and rewards using data insights
- Design and execute sales training programs and manage escalations cross-functionally
- Contribute to process improvements, compliance, and strategies for team performance and revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing; 3+ years managing sales or customer-facing teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivation skills for high-performing teams
- Solid understanding of customer engagement, VIP management, or sales-driven service models
- Data-driven mindset to translate insights into strategies; strong communication and problem-solving
- Experience in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments
