What you will do

• Coach Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts to deliver premier services and increase net revenue through proactive sales tactics.
• Drive key VIP sales metrics to enhance customer engagement, market share, and overall net revenue.
• Drive innovation and implement optimal processes through strategic cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to monitor and optimize reinvestment programs, promotions, and reward incentives.
• Manage a high-performing team using coaching, actionable feedback, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Participate in the escalation process to resolve complex client cases across various departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing industry.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team through effective communication and performance management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
• Strong understanding of product lines with the ability to implement strategies that improve operational efficiency.
