What you will do

  • Onboard game developers and studios to the platform and educate them on hirify.global's monetization and advertising solutions.
  • Develop strategic action plans to help partners achieve their business goals.
  • Set up monetization strategies by leveraging best practices for creative performance, targeting, and optimization.
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to ensure success for gaming partners.
  • Collaborate with the broader Business Development and Product teams to support regional and global growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in business development, account management, or monetization sales.
  • Must be based in the USA (specifically California).
  • Strong analytical ability and experience working with large data sets to identify actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven interest in technology and the gaming ecosystem.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into the gaming, advertising, monetization, or ad tech industries.
