What you will do
- Engage proactively with partners to drive monetization and revenue growth by educating them on the hirify.global platform.
- Introduce, educate, and convert Partners to hirify.global’s payments solution.
- Optimise marketplace listing content and availability competitiveness to maximise conversions.
- Serve as a dedicated advisor for a pool of Partner accounts, assisting them with product adoption.
- Build key internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams for smooth Partner transitions.
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide important feedback for future releases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Management role with proven commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively close deals, negotiate, and convert opportunities.
- Commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targets.
- Proven experience in using and analysing data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Naturally proactive, inquisitive, and a self-starter with initiative.

- Bi-lingual fluency in English and another language.
