Senior Account Executive (Healthcare SaaS): Driving revenue growth by closing new business with ABA providers and educational institutions with an accent on consultative sales and complex B2B cycles. Location: Remote (USA). Must be based in the United States and work within North American time zones.
Salary: $70,000 - $160,000 OTE

What you will do
- Partner with the BDR team to engage qualified prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to uncover customer needs and provide tailored software solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value of the platform to clinical leaders.
- Own the entire sales cycle from initial conversation to signed contract.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize client experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare tech, or behavioral health sales.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in consultative environments.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or comparable CRM tools.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Working hours must align with North American time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience selling specifically to ABA providers, behavioral health organizations, or educational institutions.
