TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (MedTech SaaS): Driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in the MedTech industry with an accent on consultative sales and managing complex enterprise cycles. Focus on prospecting, customizing demos, value engineering, and navigating multi-stakeholder deals with VPs and GMs.
Location: Boston or Remote (Must have an eligible work permit in the USA)
OTE salary range: $240,000 to $300,000

What you will do
- Identify, negotiate, and close opportunities at existing accounts and new MedTech enterprises.
- Conduct discovery calls, customize demos, lead ROI conversations, and run consultative sales presentations.
- Sell value to stakeholders while navigating complex sales cycles involving Sales, Ops, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and IT.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to meet ARR targets and deliver feedback.
- Travel approximately 50% for business reviews, industry events, and customer visits.
Requirements
- 5+ years selling Enterprise SaaS or Medical Device products
- Eligible work permit in the USA
- Proactive, self-motivated with infectious energy and resiliency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communicator excelling in sales processes.
- Experience navigating large enterprises to engage key decision-makers.
- Ability to connect and empathize with Medical Device executives.
- Consistent history of exceeding sales targets.

- Experience selling to Medical Device or Life Sciences industries.
- Network of Medical Device executive and commercial contacts.
