Sr. Sales Manager (Healthcare): Lead field sales team to drive referral partnerships with outpatient medical practices across Eastern and Central US with an accent on shifting provider perspectives on mental health integration and activating patient referrals. Location: Remote in United States (except Hawaii), must be based in EST or CST timezone, ~50% travel required within territory.

Salary: $210.8K – $235.6K (base + bonus, offers equity)

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives building referral partnerships inside medical practices.
  • Coach reps through in-person sales conversations, ride-alongs, and territory coverage to drive provider activation.
  • Manage field activity metrics like visits, meetings, demos alongside revenue outcomes for a distributed team.
  • Shift provider behavior to own mental health referrals as a clinical responsibility.
  • Report to Director of Provider Group Sales and contribute to company growth core.

Requirements

  • 7+ years field sales to outpatient medical practices across practice types and multi-stakeholder processes
  • 2+ years direct people management of 3+ field reps, including remote asynchronous coaching
  • Proven ability to drive provider behavior change beyond agreement.
  • Hands-on in-person sales tactics in clinical settings (lunch & learns, cold walk-ins, office visits).
  • Must be based in EST or CST, able to travel ~50%+

Nice to have

  • Experience in behavioral health or specialty referral sales.
  • Hiring, onboarding, and ramping field sales reps.
  • High-growth startup or scaling healthcare tech experience.
  • Familiarity with value-based care or ACO dynamics.
  • Salesforce CRM proficiency at management level.
